29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: On or about May 14, 2014: a) Employees manufacturing automotive parts used nitric acid while working with equipment in the Cincinnati grinder area. The bottles of nitric acid were not labeled with the contents of the bottles and the hazards were not identified. b) Employees manufacturing automotive parts used parts cleaner while working with equipment in the CNC area. The bottles of Safety Kleen cleaner were not labeled with the contents of the bottles and the hazards were not identified. c) Employees manufacturing automotive parts used propane to power equipment such as forklifts in the facility. The propane tanks were not labeled with the contents of the tanks and the hazards were not identified.
