Worksite located at 1205 NE Coronado Drive, Blue Springs, Missouri- Employees were exposed to possibe eye injury or irritation hazards working with the Dryvit compound and were not provieded any means of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a). Worksite located at 1205 NE Coronado Drive, Blue Springs, Missouri- Employee had climbed out on the guardrails of the scissor lift on to the top of the parapet wall in order to apply the adhesive to the wall. The employee was observed working on the paraptet wall and then climbing back in the scissor lift. The employee was not provided any means of fall protection.
