Worksite located at 1205 NE Coronado Drive, Blue Springs, Missouri- Employee had climbed out on the guardrails of the scissor lift on to the top of the parapet wall in order to apply the adhesive to the wall. The employee was observed working on the paraptet wall and then climbing back in the scissor lift. The employee was not provided any means of fall protection.
