29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) Needful Things, Washington Street: Two employees were working approximately 15 feet above ground level from a platform of a JLG 450A aerial lift. The employees were not wearing full body harnesses with lanyards attached to the basket while working from the aerial lift, as observed on May 13, 2014. Abatement Certification Required for this Item.
