29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided. On or about May 5, 2014 the employer did not ensure that steel conduit was attached to a junction box to protect employees from coming into contact with electrical wires near the door to the roll stock room exposing employees to shock and/or burn hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that adversely affected safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that were broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating. On or about May 15, 2014 the employer did not ensure that an electrical outlet box that was corroded and a outlet that was broken was removed from service exposing employees to electrical shocks and/or burns.
