In addition, employees use Break-Free CLP Liquid (contains petroleum distillates, 1-decene, polyalphaolefin) to clean firearms and were not provided information and training on hazardous chemicals. This is equivalent to 87.1 dBA as an 8-hour TWA and exceeds the action level of 85 dBA. Sampling was performed on May 22, 2014 for 475 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of 5 minutes.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
