29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about May 06, 2014,  employees who were performing framing activities were not provided fall protection.  The employees were exposed to a fall hazard at a height of over 6 feet to the ground below.
