29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)Reylenn Construction, Inc. at 801 S. Cherry Street, Glendale, CO 80246: On and before May 15th, 2014, the controlling contractor in charge of the worksite did not ensure the open sided floor next to the job made wood ladder between level 2 and 3 was equipped with guardrails. The condition exposed employee(s) of a sub-contractor to a fall hazard up to approximately 10 feet. (b)Reylenn Construction, Inc. at 801 S. Cherry Street, Glendale, CO 80246: On and before May 15th, 2014, the controlling contractor in charge of the worksite did not ensure the open sided floor located on the west side of level 3 was equipped with suitable fall protection. The condition exposed a subcontractors employee installing 2X8 sill plates over a trash room block wall to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet.
