29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:    On or about May 11, 2014 and times prior thereto, employees BRM Foods, Inc. operated Henny Penny pressure fryers located at or near 2992 North College Avenue in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  The employer had not required protective equipment to include but not limited to heat resistant gloves, apron and protective eye wear to be worn when working with the fryers, exposing employees to splash hazards from hot grease.
