29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a.  On or about May 14, 2014, employees were installing trusses without the use of a fall protection system, exposing themselves to 10 to 18 feet fall hazards.

On or about May 14, 2014, an employee was using a 8-foot aluminum "A" frame step ladder that was closed and leaned up against the wall to access the top of the wall, exposing himself to a 10-foot fall hazard.    b.  On or about May 13, 2014, an employee was using a 10-foot aluminum "A" frame step ladder that was closed and leaned up against the wall in order to set trusses, exposing himself to a 10-foot fall hazard.
