Employees of Bighorn Rain Gutter, Inc. were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 11 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a residential building with no fall protection in place.         Bighorn Rain Gutter, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 51702, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 7, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 3813 Cedarwood Lane, Johnstown, CO 80534.       Bighorn Rain Gutter, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312133846, citation number 1, item number 1(b) and was affirmed as a final order on August 19, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at 6440 Xanadu Way, Centennial, CO 80111.       Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
