29 CFR 1910.26(c)(1): For maximum serviceability, safety, and to eliminate unnecessary damage of equipment, good safe practices in the use and care of ladder equipment were not employed. On or about May 15, 2014, the employer provided ladders to employees without ensuring that each ladder's rated load capacity was not exceeded, exposing employees to a potential fall hazard.
