29 CFR 1910.107(c)(5): The employer failed to ensure that locations containing both deposits of readily ignitable residue and explosive vapors, there was not electrical equipment in any spraying area, whereon deposits of combustible residues may readily accumulate, except wiring in rigid conduit or in boxes or fittings containing no taps, splices, or terminal connections. (a) Lay Up - On or about May 16, 2014 deposits of the resin containing methyl ethyl ketone a flammable substance had accumulated on the electrical panels. The panels were not approved Class 1 hazardous locations.

29 CFR 1910.107(e)(9): 29 CFR 1910.107(e)(9): Flammable liquids for use in spraying operations were transferred from one container to another without both containers being effectively bonded and grounded to prevent discharge sparks of static electricity. (a) Storage Room - On or about May 16, 2014 the resin mixture (Flammable) is poured from a 50 gallon drum to a smaller container. The containers are not bonded and grounded.
