29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) Worksite, West - An employee was working from an telescopic boom platform. The employee was wearing a safety harness, but was not attached to the boom or basket; on, or about, 05/20/2014   Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.  Sol Rubin Painting was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314685488 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/11/2010, with respect to a workplace located at Westfield Mall, Sunrise Highway, Massapequa Park, NY 11762.
