29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 05/14/2014, at 9133 Baird Road, Shreveport, LA, employees were conducting roofing work on a retirement complex at a height of approximately 30 feet without a means of fall protection.
