29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks.    a)  Production room area; the chuck on the Victor lathe machine, model 1640 was not guarded, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.   b)  Production room area; the chuck on the Victor lathe machine, model 2040 was not guarded, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.  c)  Production room area; the chuck on the Mori Seiki lathe machine, model MS-1250G was not guarded, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.  d)  Production room area; the chuck on the Mori Seiki lathe machine, model MS-G1500 was not guarded, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.    e)  Production room area; the drill on the Bridgeport milling machine, model PN-1050A was not guarded, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
