29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system: 900 Warson Woods Drive, Warson Woods: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on the roof of a swim club building. Fall distance from eaves of the roof to ground level was approximately 9 feet. The employees did not use any required fall protection systems such as guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or safety monitoring systems.
