29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a) Jobsite - 622 New Loudon Road, Loudonville, NY 12211 - Near the front of the building in the area being fitted out for a Burger 21 restaurant a worn electric cord was plugged into a generator's 120 volt connection and was being used to run a portable circular saw exposing an employee to a electric shock hazard.
