29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about 05/21/2014 - Main plant, northeast corner, combustible dust generated from the sawmill operation had accumulated on the walls, electrical panels, pipes, and beams creating a fire hazard. The dust on the pipes measured between 1 inch and 4 inches in depth. The dust attached to the walls measured between 1 to 3 inches in depth.
