29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): The employer had portable fire extinguishers that were not mounted, located, identified and readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury: a) East End of Shop - The ABC fire extinguisher was blocked by a oil storage tank that was placed directly in front of the fire extinguisher and not readily accessible. b) South End of Shop - The ABC fire extinguisher was placed on the floor and not mounted, located, identified and readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. c) Southeast End of Shop - Three ABC fire extinguisher were placed on the floor and not mounted, located, identified and readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. This employer has been cited for this practice that included: Servisair, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 281276, Citation 2, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 22, 2012, with respect to the workplace located at 10600 W.
