29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At this job site, employees working from the platform of a JLG aerial lift, model 400S, were not protected from a fall. The employees were not secured by a lanyard from a body belt or harness connected to the basket or boom. The employees were attaching braces to a vertical column and were exposed to falls greater than 20 feet.
