29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(iii): When midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent structural members are used, they were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the scaffold platform: (a). Worksite located at 701 Watson Drive, Kearney, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the employees had removed a midrail on the staging platform and failed to replace the railing.
