29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. (a). At the Taylor Apartments the employee working from the top level platform of the supported scaffold was exposed to a 14- foot fall hazard where the guardrail system was not complete, on or about May 23, 2014.
