29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: (a) 14th And Calder Streets, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania - An employee worked with hazardous chemicals, including paints and caulking containing silica, and was not provided with the required training on the changes to the hazard communication program such as labeling, pictograms, and safety data sheets, on or about May 23, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
