29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: CNC machine Room - Employees operating the 91000 Drill Grinder were exposed to tool jamming hazards in that the work rest was missing. The grinding wheel to the metal casing measured 1inch. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): 29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: CNC machine Room - Employees operating the 91000 Drill Grinder were exposed to hazards which could come from an exploding abrasive wheel in that the tongue guard was adjusted to 7/8 inch from the grinding wheel. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
