29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv):   a) Throughout Workplace: The employer did not train the employees on the new Hazcom standard to include the United Nations Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS). Employees were exposed to several chemicals such as synthetic isoparaffinic hydrocarbon and were not effectively trained on or about May 27, 2014.
