29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):     (a)  Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation at 7990 E. I-25 Frontage Road, Longmont, CO 80504:  On and before March 2, 2016 the employer did not ensure the points of operation were properly guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operation. This condition exposed the employees to crushing and amputation hazards. This condition includes but is not limited to:                  (1)   " Jorns, Maxi-Line 150-SO-MB4000-634, CNC Hydraulic Folding Machine  Unguarded point of operation presented crushing and amputation hazards.              (2)   " Jorns, Super-Line 300-SO-MB400A-10, CNC Hydraulic Folding Machine  Unguarded point of operation presented crushing and amputation hazards.   (3)   " Whitney Roper, Model-AM2116 CNC Hydraulic Folding Machine  Unguarded point of operation presented crushing and amputation hazards.
