OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish the employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) 688 Cross Street, Lakewood, NJ 08701: On or about May 27, 2014, the employer failed to ensure each employee was protected from crushing hazards associated with unexpected machine movement. An employee was fatally injured while attempting to load a bulldozer onto a flatbed trailer.
