Within the facility, on or about 05/27/14: a. Employees preparing a bleach solution for cleaning purposes. Employees also use Maxima 128, a disinfectant cleaner which is also corrosive in nature. The facility was not equipped with an eyewash station for use in an emergency. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
