Partners In Recognition, Inc. located at 405 South Main St. Fort Loramie, OH; On or about May 27, 2014, the employer did not ensure the mezzanine storage area was labeled with the capacity. Employees access the storage area to retrieve parts and to visit the production managers office and are exposed to potential overloading of the mezzanine.

29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  a.)    Partners In Recognition, Inc. located at 405 South Main St. Fort Loramie, OH; On or about May 27, 2014, the employer did not ensure the Saw Stop table saws were equipped with a hood guard and a kickback device. Employees use the saw to cut wood, laminate and other materials and are exposed to amputation hazards.

Employees are required to change the bearings inside the gantry of the Kern Laser and are exposed to amputation hazards.
