THE UPS, INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 935939, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 20, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1830 LAMPMAN DRIVE, BILLINGS, MONTANA 59102.
