29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about May 28, 2014, and at times prior to that date, employees were exposed to injuries resulting from falls, while conducting roofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface. Holladay Grace Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 944295, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 26, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 716 Fox Run Cir, Colorado Springs, CO. Holladay Grace Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 907447, Citation 2, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 3, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2614 Hearthwood Lane, Colorado Springs, CO.
