29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 2174 Martin Luther King Blvd., Houma, LA; On or about 5/27/14, an employee was observed working from an aerial lift basket while not wearing fall protection. The employee was changing a light ballast on the a street light. The employee was approximately 30 feet above the ground.
