This employee was observed using the system as a positioning system to work at the edge of the roof, and was observed leaning onto and relying on the system to support his body weight. Close examination of images taken, indicated that the rope attachment was made by passing the line into the roof structure and attaching it back to the rope. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
