29 CFR 1926.502(f)(2)(ii): The rope, wire, or chain was not rigged or supported in such a way that its lowest point (including sag) was not less than 34 inches (0.9 m) from the walking/working surface and its highest point no more than 39 inches (1.0 m) from the walking / working surface. a. 453 Valley Street, Maplewood, NJ - Roof The employer erected a warning line which was not supported by stanchions and maintained higher than 34 inches and lower than 39 inches from the walking/working surface. The warning line system blew freely with the wind and was sagging to the walking/working surface height. Violation observed on or about May 29, 2014
