29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a)    On May 29, 2014, and times prior thereto, at the 103 Regal Court re-roofing jobsite on Wilmington Island, GA, the employer failed to ensure that workers were trained to recognize the hazards of falling from a residential roof, and the procedures for minimizing the risk of falling from such a roof, exposing employees to falls up 13 ft. to the ground.
