29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)(a) Lay down area next to the water tank, 300 gallon diesel fuel storage tank (green) which had residual fuel inside the tank. The tank was not empty. Employees, contractors and PNSY employees walk by this tank on a daily basis with 10 feet from the sidewalk. Jobsite: Contractor did not ensure labeling on a 300 gallon diesel storage tank that had residual fuel inside.

29 CFR 1926.404(f)(1)(iv)(C): AC premises wiring system was not grounded where the system is nominally rated 240/120 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire in which the midpoint of one phase is used as a circuit conductor:(a)Behind the pump station in front of the water tank. Exterior electrical panel with multiple electrical outlets (twist locks and 110 volt) covered with a garbage bag. Electrical covers not 100 % water tight when 110 cords are plugged into the receptacles. Twist lock connections are not 100% water tight if high winds were to come and blow the garbage bag cover exposing employees to electrical hazards. Jobsite: Employees were exposed to a 120/240 volt electrical panel (exterior) that was not grounded.
