29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a)S & S Construction Services, LLC @ 4750 29th Street, Greeley, CO 80634: On and before May 29th, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that, four employees were removing shingles from a 4-in-12 pitch roof on a two-story residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
