29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a)     On or about May 27, 2014, the exposing employer, Strong Man Roofing, Inc., did not ensure employees, who were required to engage in re-roofing operations on a three-story, 6/12 pitched, residential roof, were protected from exposure to fall hazards of approximately 27 feet.    Strong Man Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 98865, Citation 1, Item 1, issued September 30, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1821 S. Teller St., Lakewood, CO 80232.  This citation became final on October 12, 2011.  The final abatement date for this citation was June October 3, 2011.
