Crossbraces were used as a means of access. a) Jobsite located 12 West Odum Street, Hazlehurst, GA - On or about May 29, 2014, employees used the scaffold cross bracing and uprights to gain access to the 1st and second tier scaffold system, exposing employees to fall hazards up to 11 feet.
