29 CFR 1910.1030(h)(5)(i)(A): The employer did not maintain a sharps injury log that contained at a minimum the type and brand of device involved in the incident:  a) Broomall Rehabilitation & Nursing Center - An employee (Charge Nurse) sustained a needlestick injury in calendar year 2012.  The employer did not record the brand of the device which caused  the percutaneous injury on the calendar year 2012 sharps injury log. This was observed on May 29, 2014.
