On or about May 29, 2014, at the Southwest corner of Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road and Dartmouth Court, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  Two employees performing fiber optic cable installation work were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling dirt clods and rock when they worked inside an approximately 8-foot long by 5-foot wide and 6-foot deep excavation that had the spoil pile set within two feet of the edge of the excavation.
