Abatement Note: Forklift operator training consists of a combination of formal instruction (e.g., lecture, discussion, interactive computer based training, video tape, written material, etc.), practical training (demonstration performed by the trainer and practical exercises performed by the trainee), and an evaluation of the operators performance in the workplace.
