(c)  Employees changing the five inserts on the Haas ST 10 CNC Lathe, were not adequately trained on the energy control program, in that they were not trained to lock out the lathe prior to changing the tooling inserts. (deleted)      (d)  Employees performing end-of-shift cleanings of the Makino Vertical Machine Center (CNC mill) FNC 156-A20, and the Makino MC 1513 Horizontal CNC Mill, to include cleaning the table and changing tooling, were not adequately trained on the energy control program in that they were not trained to lock out the machines prior to wiping down the tooling and table.
