29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. a) For employees working at 10801 Corkscrew Road #C116 in Estero, as observed on or about May 30, 2014. Employees were working in an office where the exit access was not at least 28 inches wide at all points. A cart was placed in the exit access allowing approximately 24 inch wide exit access.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening where they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910: a) For employees working at 10801 Corkscrew Road #C116 in Estero, as observed on or about May 30, 2014. Electrical panels in the hallway did not have the minimum depth requirements for access to the panel. The panels required a minimum of 3 feet clearance in accordance with Table S-1 of Subpart s of Part 1910 in and around the front of the panels. Employer stored a cart in front of the panels.
