29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Cookie Line: 1) The Paddle of the AMF Mixer was not guarded. 2) The lift for the mixing bowl at the depositer did not require constant pressure on the control buttons. 3) Conveyor belt and roll pinchpoints at cooling tower 1 and cooling tower 2 were not guarded. 4) Pinchpoints at the top of the rotary cookie wrapping machines were not covered. 5) Cams below and at the back of the rotary wrapping cookie machine was not guarded. 6) The reciprocating cookie pusher part of the 3 high stacker cookie feeder machine was not guarded.
