29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a. 3157 Elm Street NE, Covington, GA - Employee was exposed to a fall hazard. An employee was in the process of laying bricks and mortar from the edge of an unguarded section/area of a tubular welded-frame scaffold on the second level platform approximately 12 feet from ground level. The area of the scaffold that the employee was working was not equipped with a guardrail system, on or about 05/30/14.
