Worksite: 424 W 33 Street, New York, N.Y. 10001    On or about 4/14/2014    a) Employees were exposed to 110 foot fall hazard along the unprotected edge, north side of the roof.   Employees working at the parapet wall were not using any form of fall protection.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
