29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: On or about May 28, 2014 at worksite 1370 East 27th Street in Lees Summit, Missouri- Employees were using a walking working surface to perform various framing operations that had a hole that was not protected by use of a cover, guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems. Abatement certification for this item is not required.
