29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a.) Sears, Roebuck and Co. DBA Sears Auto Center, Store#6254-  On or about June 2, 2014 , and times prior thereto: Company employees worked with or around various types of corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, battery acid. Facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not available to employees charging and/or installing batteries, in that the eye wash unit was broken and inoperable.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):  The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met (Construction Reference: 1926.59):  a.) Sears, Roebuck and Co. DBA Sears Auto Center, Store #6254 - Company employees worked with and around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, battery acid, aliphatic petroleum distillates and carbon monoxide. On or about June 2, 2014 ,the written Hazard Communication Program was not available at the worksite.  Company employees had no knowledge of the method or procedure in place to access the program on the company's website.
