29 CFR 1910.26(c)(1): Good safe practices in the use and care of ladder equipment were not employed by the users to get maximum serviceability, safety, and to eliminate unnecessary damage of equipment: On or about June 3rd, 2014, at the above address jobsite, the employer was allowed to conduct unsafe practices while using a ladder backwards and not extended three feet above the landing surface.
